The Hull-based firm designs, builds and repairs cold store areas in the fresh produce and food processing industries, bringing together the complementary skills of father and son director team of Ken and Paul Gibson. Ken, a fabrication engineer, and Paul, an electrical contractor, set up the firm three years ago and

are establishing a customer base among companies they are dealing with direct and others buying their subcontract expertise. Technolyn specialises in the installation of insulated panels for cold stores and food hygiene areas. They also install and repair chiller and freezer doors as well as supplying and fitting personnel doors for food hygiene environments.

The firm's expertise extends to fitting custom built insulated panels in large production areas and chilled loading areas and handles projects up to £100,000 in value. We are able to offer the full turnkey package from design through to commissioning and our project management includes the specification and sourcing of the materials to be used in the most cost-effective manner.
